After an order is received, an order confirmation is sent to the buyer, with the date the order will be ready. It only takes days to make most orders. Most items only take about five to seven business days.

Some custom, specialty items, such as fiber cans and telescope tubes, may take up to three weeks to manufacture – art files need to be provided, labels need to be printed, canisters need to be wrapped, and the tops and bottoms need to be inserted and secured.
