I'm shipping expensive prints internationally. What wall thickness should I order?
Most of our clients shipping expensive prints internationally order their mailing tubes with a .125" or .187" wall thickness. Bulk shipped mailing tubes usually have a wall thickness of .060", .070",
We were just notified that our order is ready to pick up. Do we need an appointment?
No. Shipping and receiving is open 8am-3:30pm Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays) and is first come first served.
What's better to ship posters, crimped end ("snap seal") mailing tubes or mailing tubes with plastic end plugs?
Neither style functions better than the other. They are two different options meant to achieve the same purpose. Selecting one style over the other is more about preference. For example, a crimped end
I don't see an option to pick up my online order?
Online orders automatically ship via UPS. The three shipping options are UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, or UPS Next Day Air services.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes. The high the quantity, the lower the unit price. Quantity discounts do not apply to shipping charges. Our 3" ID x .125" Tape Cores & Label Cores , available online, are already discounted.
What are your will call / pick up hours?
Shipping and receiving is open from 8am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday. National holidays excluded.
What freight class do edge protectors ship at?

Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States. All orders ship directly from our Los Angeles facilities. Air, ground, LTL (less than truckload), and truckload services are available.
What's the crush strength of a 3" ID x 24" usable x .060 mailing tube?
Unlike corrugated boxes, spiral paper tubes do not have industry standard crush strengths. Paper tubes with thicker walls are stronger than paper tubes with thinner walls.
Do you have loading docks?
No, we do not have loading docks. All trucks are loaded and unloaded using pallet jacks and/or forklifts.
I don't want our customer to see Spiral Paper Tube's contact information. Do you provide blind shippers or blank packing slips?
Yes. Upon request, we can use packing slips without Spiral Paper Tube's information. You may also provide your company's packing slip for us to use.
Can you deliver our order on a truck with a lift gate?
Yes. Upon request, local orders can be delivered on a truck with a lift gate.
What information do I need to get a quote, estimate, or proposal?
